A man is meditating at the shore of a lake.
Who is he?
Is he just matter?
Is his true nature Consciousness?
Where are his borders? How far does his consciousness reach?
Is he the man in the Moon?
Are the mountains mirrored in the water less real as the ones he perceives in the distance?
None of these questions is answered. Just like the Moon is reflecting the sunlight and the silent lake is reflecting the Moon, in meditation reality is just being mirrored.
All questions dissolve. Just the silence of this moment remains.
