“TIMELESS TREE”

75 x 50 cm.
Acrylics and Indian embroidery
on Belgian linen.

A man sits silently under a tree.
He's just sitting there.

In that silence by and by insights arise about his past (symbolized by the elephants passing by at the horizon). He recognizes old energy patters and how these are still influencing or even determining his life right now (this can be seen in the construction lines in the tree, mirrored in the water / the night / the subconscious).

Still silently sitting, doing nothing, he suddenly becomes aware of his true nature:
Timelessness.
